The podcast talks about what it is like to live with PTSD and constantly believe that something bad may happen. It also talks about coping skills one can develop to get out of the vulnerable state.

I have gone through your link. I appreciate that you shared it with me. I hope a couple of things I went through in the blog helps. I will record a mindfulness session on trauma when I have time and send it to you. Take care, G.
Hi,
I was bullied DURING traumatic bereavement and am still on a therapy waiting list, and haven’t been diagnosed yet. I believe I suffer PTSD but the British mental health system (where I am based) has had government cuts since 10 years and they lead me around circles.
I lost hope.
Hi. Thank you for your message. I hoped they had a better system in place in Britain. Did you try mindfulness techniques to help you? I could help you there.
Thank you for your reply. I’m trying to re-blog your post, but it keeps getting stuck.
I went to about a dozen therapists, but no-one could help me. I believe I need trauma therapy, but no-one even touched my grief or what happened at work. And therapy sessions are funded for 6 weeks, before you even started it’s over.
I describe one therapy incidence in detail which has me now lost hope to find help in the British health system.
For over 2 years now I’ve been writing and writing to survive. One person I met on Twitter (not a therapist but a high influential professional in another field) kept “accepting” my drunken outbursts until it was public. I describe in detail in below article and also describe one longterm therapy that fell through:
